Football today is more than a sport—it’s a global platform for influence, culture, and business innovation.

With a background in political science and communications, Diana brings strategic thinking, a passion for storytelling, and years of experience in brand communication.

Diana began her journey as the face of MTV Portugal between 2015 and 2018, and more recently on national broadcaster RTP as a presenter and reporter.

Parallel to her media career, Diana is the co-founder and CEO of milk&black, a communication and marketing agency she launched with Diogo Dias, nearly a decade ago. The agency operates across multiple sectors — including entertainment, health, telecom, retail, and insurance — providing communication, strategy, influence marketing, content, and activation services to major brands such as Rock in Rio, sport tv, WTF, SkyShowtime, Fidelidade, EMMA, and New Balance.

milk&black was born with a dual focus on music and sports, initially managing names like David Carreira and football star Bruno Fernandes. The agency pioneered early influencer marketing strategies in Portugal, including the first actions with the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). It continues to lead innovative brand communication in the sports segment, playing a strategic and creative role for many years in campaigns for clients like sport tv and New Balance.
