Patrícia Barão has led some of the most exclusive and iconic real estate projects in Portugal, including in Comporta, where she helped shape the residential landscape from the ground up. Over the years, she has advised national and international investors and developers, bringing strategic vision to high-impact projects. Her mission today is to rewrite the rules of the residential real estate market by introducing innovation and technology to the sector. Beyond her executive work, Patrícia is Vice-President of APEMIP and Founder of Wire Portugal (Women in Real Estate), actively contributing to the development of the sector and the empowerment of women in real estate. She is also a university lecturer at ISEG, where she shares her expertise with future professionals.
