With over 20 years of experience and a vast background in branding, marketing, sponsorships, sales, and operational leadership, Carlos Pedro positions himself as a reference in these areas, bringing value and expertise to the various industries where he has excelled. He has led significant brand activations and partnerships, achieving measurable results in the corporate, sports, and entertainment sectors. His career includes prominent roles at companies such as Galp, MEO, Portugal Telecom, and Leo Burnett, where he built a solid reputation for delivering results through strategic vision, creativity, and team management.

At Galp, one of the most valuable companies in Portugal, Carlos led global brand strategies across various countries, achieving significant improvements in brand equity, social media engagement, and return on investment in sponsorships. During his time at MEO, he was responsible for product marketing, advertising, and retail strategies, achieving notable metrics and expanding customer acquisition.

Carlos also held leadership positions at Cabo Verde Telecom, a subsidiary of Portugal Telecom in Africa, and previously launched the UZO brand in the market while at Portugal Telecom, which became a reference in low-cost telecommunications brands. He began his career at Leo Burnett, an international advertising agency, where he developed a solid foundation in branding and communication strategy.
