João Rocha has over 12 years of experience in football marketing, with a background spanning professional clubs, sponsorships, brand activations, and the organisation of major sporting events.
He currently leads Liga Portugal’s marketing campaigns, playing a key role in strengthening the brand’s positioning both nationally and internationally. He conceived and launched the League’s Influence Marketing department, an initiative that brings together ambassadors and digital influencers to promote Portuguese football.
Most recently, he stood out as the creator of the Liga Portugal Creators Cup, a resounding success in its debut edition, bringing digital talents and fans together in a unique celebration of sport and entertainment.
